A landscape of water, shade and thresholds, drawn between the villas.
Water channels cool the air and stitch the gardens together, so you move from one sanctuary to the next beside the water rather than across open heat.
Curving paths in two tones of stone slow the walk: a darker band for the main route, a lighter one for the edges and the pauses.
Moon-gate brick walls and small pavilions mark thresholds — places to sit, look back, and wait out the sun.
Native planting and a dry stream bed take the monsoon runoff: the civil design that keeps the landscape working in heavy rain.

Brick, jaali and deep shade: villas that breathe in Bengaluru's heat.

Brick, the jaali brick screen, the curved balconies — the buildings going up around the gardens.
