What this site keeps.
This site has no accounts, no advertising and no tracking cookies. It keeps one short-lived note in your browser for the current visit, so the opening animation plays only once. If you use Sketch to visual, one small functional cookie counts your renders (see below).
Archie, the studio assistant
Archie is an AI assistant. When you ask a question, your message and the conversation so far are sent to third-party AI service providers to generate a reply. Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to limit how many questions can be asked; it is not saved. Please don’t share personal details with Archie. Archie may make mistakes and does not give professional advice.
Chats are saved anonymously to improve Archie. For each question we keep the text you typed (with phone numbers and email addresses removed), Archie’s reply, the page you were on, the time, how long the reply took, which AI service answered, whether a suggestion card was shown, whether you tapped WhatsApp, Book a meeting or Try the estimator, and any thumbs up or down you gave. Chats are grouped by a random session code created in your browser for that visit; it is not linked to your name, IP address or device. These records are kept in private storage for 90 days and then deleted, and only the studio can read them. They are not sold or used for advertising.
You can attach photos to a question. Photos are sent to the AI service only to answer you; this site does not save them, and location data inside a photo is removed before it is sent. Only the number of photos is recorded.
Enquiry and enrolment forms
When you send an enquiry, a visualisation request or a course enrolment, the details you type (such as name, phone, email, project type and dates) are used only to reply to you and to keep a record of the enquiry. They are sent to the studio by email. They are not sold or shared for marketing. Ask at any time and your record will be deleted.
Sketch to visual
When the tool is open, the view you upload is sent to a third-party AI image service to make your visual and is not stored by this site. A small signed cookie counts how many renders you have used, and your IP address is used briefly to limit how many renders can be made each day. If you fill in the short form to continue, those details are handled like any other enquiry.
Payments
If online payment is offered, it is handled by a regulated payment provider. Card and bank details go to that provider, not to this site.
Hosting
The site is hosted on a cloud platform that may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and operation.
